Product Description

1. Product Summary

WR1082 series optical receiver is a featured product which is specially designed for FTTH--Fiber to the Home network structure. With small housing, compact and reasonable internal circuit structure and excellent performance indicators. It is the first choice for residential area and home fiber optic network.
WR1082A means the factory setting is AGC state (default); WR1082M means the factory setting is MGC state.

• Adopt GaAs amplifier device; use MCU control; AGC or MGC is optional.

• 5V DC voltage power supply, low power consumption.

Operating instructions: In AGC state, long press 5 sec to green led flash, when entering into AGC range set mode, press the button one time, AGC range turns from (-8~ +2)to (-12~ +2), press the button again, it turns to (-11 ~ +2), followed by recycling. When select the AGC range without any action, after about 24 sec, the indicator will recover to original state, set successfully.

Operating instructions: In MGC state, long press the button for 5 sec, the indicator flashing once from red orange green, then it can enter into the MGC ATT set mode. Once you press the button one time, the ATT value will add 1dB(the output level will reduce 1dB), until the value reaches to 20dB, then press once again, ATT returns to 0, followed by cycling. Meanwhile, ATT value becomes greater, the indicator brightness becomes more and more dark. After setting the ATT value, the indicator will recover to show the optical power status if you do no action within 24 sec.
